• I've been doing a lot of reading lately about Private Label Rights (PLR) content. I used to think that it was only for lazy people who didn't want to do their own writing. But as I learn more, I've come up with lots of great ways I can use PLR in my own business from free private label software.
  
  If you don't know what I'm talking about, private label articles are resell software that you get from the original author along with their permission to use it as your own. So you can get a great report, put your name on it and have your own product to sell or give away!
  
  The first couple of products I created using these plr products only took me about half an hour. There have been a few sales so far from them so that was definitely time well spent.
  
  When searching for private label content to use, I found there were a lot of different types of sites available. Some offered monthly memberships and others offered just one time purchases. So be sure to look around before you decide where to buy.
  
  The site I found that was by far the best was incredible. Not only do they have an unbelievable amount of content, but it's completely FREE. Most sites charge an arm and a leg for the amount of content that this guy is giving away.
  
  And although I haven't been through everything yet, what I have read is very good quality. It's stuff you will actually want to use as your own income products.

4 Healthy Dieting Tips To Shed Those Pounds By Summer !

When it comes to Dieting these days you will find every kind of fad diet on the market today.
From diet bars to health shakes (all filled with sugar) and the list goes on.
All claiming to help shed those unwanted pounds for your healthy eating plan.
Now here's some "food for thought".
Stick with me on this...Imagine yourself, starting off slowly...Then building up gradually into
your very own healthy eating habits...huh! This is not unrealistic and I'm going to give you
some guidelines/tips to shed those unwanted ponds by Summer!

1. Drink Water...And Plenty Of It !
Drinking water makes the Belly feel like it is Full !
And if you drink plenty of it, you will be full. I personally do not drink Sports Drinks/Juices
because they are loaded with sugar (sugar turns to fat and that's a no-no) and this will
not fit in with your healthy eating plan.
As a guideline for myself I drink around 60 ounces of water daily.
2. Set Healthy Eating Guidelines
When it comes to eating healthy, start off slowly...this is So Important !!
If you don't your chances of failure are high!! (Please re-read that). Most Diets fail because
people "run out of the gate"--"jump into it with both feet". Do You Get M y Point !!
Start off Slowly with a Healthy Eating Plan!
3. Eat More Often
I know, you probably heard this already but it 's worth repeating - "Eat More Often".
Your favorite delicious Fruits and Veggies is a great place to start your healthy eating habits.
We haven't even begun to discuss the benefits of eating healthy (perhaps that's for another article). By eating more often, but it has to be healthy eating...(no junk food) you fill yourself
up. This time your putting nutrition into your system instead of the "water" as mentioned
above where you you get no nutritional value from water except that "full feeling". Eat more
small healthy snacks during the day and this will keep you on your daily healthy eating plan.
( p.s. try snacking on un-salted almonds when you get hungry).
4. Stay Active
Again, The obvious...I know!
But this is so True. Stay as active as you can. If it's too cold outside walk around the house, clean,
cook, do the stairs...Get creative. Do whatever you can to shed those unwanted pounds.
Please...Whatever you do - don't just sit on the couch and expect a healthy eating plan
alone to work... You Must Stay Active !
